The Blog of Imaginary Things dedicated to developing that most important and under-appreciated human resource: imagination.

Information is everywhere, but imagination is a precious commodity. Everyone has imagination, but not everyone takes the time they should to exercise it. This blog aims to fix that.

Every day I’ll post a new creativity exercise. You, dear reader, will then take whatever inspiration you can from this, create something, and then post it in the comments. You can then see what other people did, and if you happen take inspiration from that, all the better.

The purpose of all this is to exercise your creativity, like taking your brain out for a jog. This blog is for everyone, whether you’re a writer, artist, musician, or just some poor shmoe stuck in an office somewhere. No matter what you do, developing your imagination will make you better at it. So play along, and let’s create something together.
